Garlic Wasabi Aioli Sauce

This wasabi aioli is a perfect blend of creamy and spicy—where the smooth richness of aioli meets the bold heat of wasabi. It’s got a slight zing that wakes up your taste buds, but the mayo base keeps it from being too overpowering. It’s amazing as a dipping sauce, drizzled over seafood or sushi, or even spread onto a sandwich for an unexpected kick. It's amazing with sweet potato fries!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise (I recommend using a healthy avocado oil mayo)
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp wasabi powder
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a small cup or dish and stir until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

You can keep this aioli refrigerated in an airtight container for a few days, just be sure to stir before using again.
